使用條款Terms of Use

FloWeave 採用 Apple 標準終端使用者授權協議，並補充以下服務與訂閱說明。FloWeave uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, supplemented by the service and subscription terms below.

1. 授權協議

下載或使用 FloWeave，即表示你同意 Apple 標準終端使用者授權協議（Standard EULA）及本頁補充條款。

2. FloWeave Pro 訂閱

  • FloWeave Pro 可能提供月繳或年繳自動續訂方案；實際價格與試用資格以購買畫面為準。
  • 確認購買後，費用會由你的 Apple ID 帳號收取。
  • 除非在當期結束至少 24 小時前取消，訂閱會自動續訂；續訂費用會在當期結束前 24 小時內收取。
  • 可在 Apple 帳號的「訂閱項目」中管理或取消，並可在 App 內恢復購買。

3. 音樂資料與第三方服務

推薦、BPM、調性、曲風及其他音樂資訊可能來自第三方，僅供探索與編排參考，不保證完整或絕對準確。開啟 Apple Music／iTunes、Spotify、YouTube 或其他服務時，適用該服務的條款、地區限制與費用。

4. 使用者責任

你須合法使用 FloWeave，並自行確保播放、公開演出、錄製或使用音樂內容所需的權利與授權。不得干擾服務、規避限制、反向濫用或使用 FloWeave 侵害他人權利。

5. 服務變更與免責

我們可能改善、調整或停止部分功能。服務按現況提供；在法律允許的範圍內，不保證永不中斷、無錯誤或所有第三方資料持續可用。Apple Standard EULA 所載的保證、責任限制與其他規定仍適用。

1. License agreement

By downloading or using FloWeave, you agree to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) and these supplemental terms.

2. FloWeave Pro subscriptions

  • FloWeave Pro may offer monthly or annual auto-renewing plans. Prices and trial eligibility appear on the purchase screen.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when purchase is confirmed.
  • The subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before that time.
  • Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions and restore eligible purchases in the app.

3. Music data and third parties

Recommendations, BPM, key, genre, and other music information may come from third parties and are provided for discovery and planning, without a guarantee of completeness or absolute accuracy. Apple Music/iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, and other services have their own terms, regional availability, and fees.

4. Your responsibilities

Use FloWeave lawfully and obtain any rights needed to play, perform, record, or otherwise use music. Do not disrupt the service, evade limits, misuse reverse engineering, or infringe others’ rights.

5. Changes and disclaimers

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. The service is provided as available, and—where law permits—we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or continued availability of third-party data. Warranties, liability limits, and other terms in Apple’s Standard EULA remain applicable.
