隱私權政策Privacy Policy

我們以必要、透明與不追蹤為原則處理 FloWeave 的資料。FloWeave handles data with a focus on necessity, transparency, and no advertising tracking.

FloWeave 不販售個人資料。iPhone 免費版可能提供使用者主動選擇觀看的獎勵廣告；廣告只會在適用的隱私同意流程完成後載入。

1. 適用範圍

本政策適用於 FloWeave 的 iPhone、Mac App 與本網站。使用第三方音樂或廣告服務時，也適用該服務自己的隱私權政策。

2. App 中處理的資料

  • 裝置上的資料：搜尋紀錄、收藏歌曲、喜好、DJ DNA、歌單／編排、使用偏好、快取與功能使用額度，可儲存在你的裝置上。
  • 選用的 iCloud 同步：若功能可用且你允許，FloWeave 會把資料快照、格式版本、變更時間與裝置識別資訊存至與你 Apple 帳號連結的私人 CloudKit 資料庫。
  • 搜尋與音樂中繼資料：為回傳搜尋、歌曲分析或外部連結，搜尋字詞與歌曲資訊可能傳送至 Apple iTunes、YouTube／Google、FreqBlog、GetSongBPM 或你選擇開啟的 Spotify 等服務。
  • 選用的獎勵廣告：iPhone 版使用 Google Mobile Ads 與 User Messaging Platform。Google 及其廣告合作夥伴可能依你的同意狀態處理 IP 位址、裝置與廣告識別資訊、廣告互動、診斷資料及大略位置，以提供、衡量與防止廣告詐欺。是否提供個人化廣告取決於你的地區、系統設定及隱私選擇。
  • 購買資訊：訂閱由 Apple StoreKit 與 App Store 處理。FloWeave 可接收購買狀態與權益，但不會取得你的完整信用卡或付款帳號資料。
  • 支援信件：你主動寄信時，我們會收到信箱地址與信件內容，以回覆及處理問題。

3. 使用目的

上述資料用於提供搜尋、推薦、DJ DNA、歌單、裝置間同步、訂閱權益、選用的獎勵解鎖、疑難排解與安全維護。

4. 保存與刪除

裝置資料通常保留到你在 App 中刪除、清除 App 資料或移除 App。iCloud 資料由你的私人 CloudKit 空間保存，直到你透過可用的 App 功能或 Apple 系統資料管理方式移除。支援信件保留至完成處理及合理的後續期間。Google 與其他第三方服務依其政策保存資料。

5. 你的選擇

你可以不觀看獎勵廣告、透過 App 設定中出現的「廣告隱私選項」管理適用的同意選擇、移除本機資料、停用 FloWeave 的 iCloud 權限、管理 Apple 訂閱，或聯絡我們詢問、更正或刪除由我們控制的支援資料。

6. 網站資料

本網站不使用廣告或分析追蹤器。語言選擇只會儲存在瀏覽器的本機儲存空間。

7. 兒童隱私與安全

FloWeave 不刻意蒐集兒童個人資料。我們採取合理措施保護資料，但任何傳輸或儲存方式都無法保證絕對安全。

8. 政策更新與聯絡

FloWeave does not sell personal data. The free iPhone version may offer optional rewarded ads that users choose to watch; ads load only after the applicable consent flow is complete.

1. Scope

This policy covers the FloWeave iPhone and Mac apps and this website. Third-party music and advertising services are also governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Data handled by the app

  • On-device data: search history, favorite tracks, likes, DJ DNA, sets, preferences, caches, and feature limits may be stored on your device.
  • Optional iCloud sync: when available and permitted, FloWeave stores a data snapshot, format version, change time, and device identifier in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account.
  • Search and music metadata: to return searches, analysis, or external links, search terms and track metadata may be sent to services such as Apple iTunes, YouTube/Google, FreqBlog, GetSongBPM, or Spotify when you choose to open it.
  • Optional rewarded ads: the iPhone app uses Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform. Depending on your consent, Google and its advertising partners may process IP address, device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Personalization depends on your region, system settings, and privacy choices.
  • Purchases: subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. FloWeave may receive purchase status and entitlements, but not your complete credit card or payment account details.
  • Support email: if you email us, we receive your email address and message to respond and resolve the issue.

3. Purposes

We use this data to provide search, recommendations, DJ DNA, sets, device sync, subscription access, optional rewarded access, troubleshooting, and security.

4. Retention and deletion

On-device data generally remains until you delete it, clear app data, or remove the app. iCloud data remains in your private CloudKit space until removed through available app features or Apple’s system data controls. Support correspondence is kept until resolved and for a reasonable follow-up period. Google and other third parties retain data under their policies.

5. Your choices

You can decline to watch rewarded ads, manage applicable consent choices through Advertising Privacy Options when shown in app settings, remove local data, disable FloWeave’s iCloud access, manage Apple subscriptions, or contact us about support data we control.

6. Website data

This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Your language choice is stored only in your browser’s local storage.

7. Children and security

FloWeave does not knowingly collect children’s personal data. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

8. Updates and contact
